SEOUL BOWL!! This is our vegan take on the traditional Korean Bibimbap.. It’s full of roasted veggies, tofu, brown rice & quinoa served with a housemade gochujang sauce and our vegan egg.. Mix it all together and enjoy! Made by one of our OG cooks Shannon, who grew up eating Bibimbaps. You can thank him later 🤫😋 come get your hands on it if you haven’t tried it already, we’re open back open tomorrow! 🙌🏾
Today is not a day for celebration. Our hearts are with our indigenous community as we recognise the ongoing sovereignty of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. . We acknowledge this date marks the beginning of a genocide against our First Nations people. On this day of mourning we recognise their ongoing survival in the face of oppressive governance, to be one of the oldest cultures in the world. We stand with you. Introducing our newest addition to the menu - VEGAN THAI BEEF SALAD! . We wanted to showcase our house made vegan beef in another dish to show you just how many ways it can be eaten! Mixed in with cashews, cucumbers, cherry toms, salad greens, our fresh kaleslaw for some crunch, topped with a thai dressing and a wedge of lime. It’s the perfect summer dish, fresh & tasty-AF! 👌🏼

Monday will be the last day to get your hands on the Potato Patata Toastie, Caesar Salad, Pad Thai Noodle Salad & Chia Pudding. Lucky for you all, this OG Cheese toastie is staying put. What does a VEGAN WAFFLE have to do with the Australian fires? READ ON TO FIND OUT! . As our country burns and so many people and animals suffer, we all look for ways that we can help those in need and our home planet. . The two best ways are to DONATE and GO VEGAN! With your help from our Be the Change Jar, we have donated to @wireswildliferescue @wherepigsflyfarmsanctuary & @peanuts_wellbeing_sanctuary We urge you to donate what you can to these charities and organisations such as the @nswrfs @redcrossau so that they can continue their amazing work out on the front lines. . Then, we need as many people as possible to shift away from the emission-heavy, toxic & animal-based diet and to a vegan one.. Even the UN agrees! . We only have this one planet so we need to do everything we can, as soon as we can to help counter what we have done to our home. Ironically, we as a species, have caused this mess. WE ARE RESPONSIBLE! . There can be no more excuses like “oh but cheese”, “what about protein?” Or “what difference will one person make?” We must act responsibly and in the quickest and easiest way - SHIFTING TO A VEGAN DIET.....Insert VEGAN WAFFLE! 🧇🌱🍓 . 1.
